There are three ways to order:
The easiest way to order is through the shopping basket on this website, it is totally secure and very easy to use. You can browse through the online shop and add items you wish to buy to the shopping basket, once you have added all the items you want to the basket, you can view the item and confirm the size, colour and quantity you desire. When you click on the 'Order Now' button, you will be taken to our secure order form page where you will need to fill in your details. If you select Credit/Debit Card as your Payment Method, you will be automatically taken to the secure HSBC payment gateway which is specially setup to accept your credit card details. Once you have made the payment, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. If you select any other payment method, when you click on Order Now, a page will appear confirming your order and will explain how you can get you payment to us.
We accept the following credit cards MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, Switch and Solo. All your credit card information is handled by HSBC Bank, we do not store any of your card details.
The second way is to fax us, our fax number is 020 7288 0194. The best method is to go through our shopping cart system on this website, fill in your details, and instead of submitting through the site, print the page out and fax it to us.
The third way is to post your order to us, you can send a cheque or postal orders (please do not send cash) payable to EPICO Ltd. Again the best method is to go through our shopping cart system on this website, fill in your details, and instead of submitting through the site, print the page out and mail it to us.

To help our customers' shopping we have a Login section.
Our registered users and past customers can enjoy a quick and easy shopping experience, and an exclusive range of cool features and benefits. You do not have to register with us if you only wish to browse the store, or add things to your basket - only if you decide to buy. When you purchase an item for the first time, your profile will be set up for you automatically.
Registering - When you first order a product from us, a profile is created from the information that you volunteer. This includes obvious details such as your delivery address and your name. A more detailed list of the information that we store is listed below together with the reason that we ask for it.
Your name, and surname - Please complete these fields with the details as requested.
Address - Please complete your home / billing address here, this is the address where the credit card is registered. You can enter a different shipping address if required.
Your telephone and mobile telephone numbers - Required so we can quickly contact you in the event of a query with your order. This number will not be passed on to any third party and we will only contact you if we really need to. These are optional - you do not have to leave them if you do not wish to do so.
E-mail address - This is important as it is used to log you in to the website. Please complete this field carefully checking it is correct. We can also keep you updated with bargains, some exclusive to registered customers, and latest faithfantastic.com news.
Password -You will also be prompted to create a password, this should be between six and 12 characters and something you can easily remember, but that is not too obvious! You will then need to confirm this password in the field below.
Registered Users - Once you have purchased from us, every repeat visit will mean quick and easy ordering. You will not have to input a billing or shipping address once you have logged on, providing you have already created this information.
For your security you will have to input your credit card / payment details.

Delivery
FaithFantastic.com will despatch all orders for FREE within the UK within 24 hours of it being placed subject to stock levels. If there is going to be a delay for any reason we will contact you. All quoted delivery times are based on standard working days i.e. Mon - Fri. Items will be delivered using Royal Mail First Class recorded post.
Orders sent will require a signature on receipt. Please ensure that someone is present at the delivery address to sign for the order.
International deliveries are done via the Royal Mail. The charge varies according to the value of the order and its destination country. A typical price for a pair of shoes and a sweatshirt to Germany would be £3.50. For further information, or for deliveries outside Europe please contact us before you place your order.

Please make sure you select the appropriate shipping zone in your shopping cart, in order for your delivery costs to be calculated.
When shipping items outside the European Union, we make every effort to complete all necessary customs forms to enable your order to reach you without any further charge. However, any duty charged locally by national customs will be the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns
We endeavour to supply only the highest quality product and believe you will be delighted with your product from faithfantastic.com. However, if you are unhappy with the product in anyway it can be returned to us following the steps outlined below. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible.
If you return the product in its original condition including tags & packaging, we will refund you any money which you have paid us for that product, or provide with you with a same cost alternative if required. All you pay for is the return postage of the goods. If you return an item to us which is faulty, which you did not order, or for any other reason which is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return postage. If this happens, please contact us first and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
If you prefer, our Customer Service team will be happy to take your replacement order, and you can then have a refund on return for the unwanted item. You can email us at info@faithfantastic.com .
To return an item, please contact us and you will be issued with a returns number. The returns number must be clearly marked on the outside of the package sent back to us. No return will be accepted without this number marked clearly on the outside of the package. You can return your order in its original condition, to the address below, within 14 days of the date on which you receive it. You will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.

Security
As soon as you enter the order process, every bit of information that is transferred between you and us is encrypted using SSL encryption. Even if data could be intercepted over the Internet it would be useless.

All credit card details are encrypted using 40bit - 128bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) Software. When you establish a secure connection, the downloaded web site sends a digital certificate to your web browser. When the certificate arrives, it contains a public key, which functions as a one-way encryption device. The browser then uses this key to scramble your personal data (Credit Card Information) before sending it over the Internet. Information encrypted with the public key cannot be decrypted without the corresponding private key, which only the merchant has. Without this exclusive, private key, your personal information cannot be read.

We will not disclose information about our customers to third parties except where it is a necessary part of providing a service to you - e.g. Arranging for a product to be sent to you. We do not keep any of your credit card information, the entire card processing service is provided securely by HSBC Bank.
We will not rent or sell your name, address, e-mail address, credit card information or personal information to any third party (excluding partners from whom you may have linked to our site) without your permission. If you have purchased from our store, subscribed to one of our newsletters and entered any of our competitions, or advised us of your e-mail address, post & telephone we may update you on news and special opportunities via e-mail, post & telephone.
We may use this information to tell you about changes to our website and to let you know about our products and services, the information may also be used to notify you of products and services of third parties, which may be of interest to you.
